Proposals required for an app (Android+IOS)+website for a handyman / services (cleaning home, furniture assembly, writing poem etc) marketplace. functions needed:
- user and role management (Client, Tasker, Admin, Moderator)
- categorization of tasks
- Ability for registered users to post (title, description, photos, video, location, tags, category, date requested, urgency, estimated cost)
- Ability for taskers to offer quotes for posted tasks
- Ability to comment on and ask questions on published tasks
- Ability for posters and taskers to negotiate, agree on set price
- Ability to track task execution progress
- Reporting and insight per user, role and management
- Payment processing, invoicing, payment reservation, release when task completed
