HTML & Laravel Developer Needed

I am looking for someone who will help me to create a website (Forex). Website looks will be similar to www.copyfx.com
Website overview:
• Home page
o Header section
o Banner section
o Feature section
o Review section
o Subscription section
o Footer section
• Login page
• Register page
• Service page
o Order process
o Payment process
o Confirmation mail
Working Process Will be:
1. You will need to convert our reference website to HTML, CSS, Javascript with Responsive.
2. When the frontend part is complete we will review the site, if we need any kind of changes you have to do the changes that we need.
3. After you complete frontend you will have to code it to the backend to make it dynamic.
4. When our site is fully ready we will test it in a good way and then you will deliver it to us.
