Github setup for my project

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with setting up version control for my project on Github. The project is written in Laravel and I do not have an existing repository on Github.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proficiency in Laravel and version control systems (preferably Git)
- Experience with setting up repositories on Github
- Familiarity with the process of configuring version control for Laravel projects
