Full Stack PHP/Vue.js Web App Developer
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
We are looking for a full-stack PHP/Vue.js software engineer to join our team that builds productivity tools for software teams. The ideal candidate for this role would be a self-starter, detail-oriented, can build and improve architecture, while still understands the nuisance of implementing great UX. This person will work on the entire software lifecycle end to end.
Please Note: This is a full time role. Someone could start part time, but ultimately we would like them to switch over to full time. Only apply if this is a good fit for you.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, QA, product, and devops to build and ship quality software at a high velocity, to achieve commercial goals.
- Drive and improve the quality and performance of the company’s software products.
- Lead or participate in every phase of the software development life cycle: research, design, implement, test, and release.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and prototype new technologies and product concepts.
- Lead the software architecture design and implementation with the latest web app technology.
- Building and improving apps for marketplaces, including Atlassian.
- Understanding their APIs and ability to work well within their ecosystem.
Requirements
-----------------
- 5+ years building PHP applications
- 5+ years of front end experience
- Familiarity with Laravel, Vue,js and other frameworks
- Worked with Postgres, Mysql, Redis, and other data stores
- Highly motivated, independent self-starter with a sense of ownership and time management skills.
- Detailed oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with other cross-functional team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work remote with a virtual team
- Familiar with git and code review best practices
Technical skills

An ideal candidate has experience with the following technologies:
PHP Laravel, and have experience with Laravel features

HTML/CSS and javascript also experience with bootstrap css framework

Familiar with AWS and server setup
