Full-Stack Laravel HRM Assets Developer Monthly Basis

This is a remote, month-to-month engagement inside an existing Laravel application that already includes a Human Resource Management module. Each cycle I will count on you to deliver two core outcomes: ship fresh functionality and make the codebase faster.

Work you’ll tackle
• New feature development—mostly within the employee-management and payroll areas, but occasionally elsewhere in the app when a feature touches multiple domains.
• Performance optimisation—profiling slow queries, refactoring bloated controllers, and tightening front-end interactions so pages feel instant even on modest connections.

Because the role is full-stack, every change you build on the back-end must be paired with the front-end work needed to surface it cleanly to users. Whether you prefer Blade, Vue, React or plain JavaScript is less important than writing clear, maintainable components that plug seamlessly into Laravel’s routing and API layers.

Code lives in a private Git repository with PR reviews before merge. I follow weekly sprints: by the end of each sprint I expect a working feature behind a feature flag, unit tests covering happy paths, and before/after benchmarks for any performance tickets.
