We have a software platform that has multiple working parts. We need a developer to take over and solve some problems.
Here's how the Platform Works.
Dynamic Pricing and Discount Wheel:
We have two web based programs that interact with restaurant and bar POS systems. The first is a dynamic pricing system that changes the item prices based on sales. We work with various POS api's in order to read sales and update item prices on the POS. The dynamic pricing system has a "TV Web page" component that allows the restaurant to show the changing item prices on a TV in the establishment.
Similarly, we have a second web based product called the digital discount wheel. The wheel appears on the TV's in the restaurant or bar. The bar owner can configure the item spaces on the wheel and discounts. For example, Burger $1.00 OFF. Patrons scan a QR code on the TV to spin the wheel from their phone.
Ad Network:
We have an ad network similar to Reddit, that allows people to register, submit payment info, and run ads on the Discount Wheel. Ads are image or video and appear every X minutes (a setting we choose). We have various timers that allow the ads to show during open business hours and not show during closed hours (for each restaurant or bar).
This project is to fix a few bugs with the Ad Network. If it goes well we'll hire you semi full time to fix more problems and work on new features.
You must have extensive experience with Laravel, Lynix servers, databases, AWS, etc.
