Full Stack Laravel Developer.

I am looking for an experienced and reliable Full Stack Laravel Developer to work on a project for me. The project is for a web application, and I need the developer to provide me with full stack development services, including both front-end design and development as well as backend data systems. I would like to have complete control over the development process, with minimal input and agreed upon milestones. With this I am looking for an experienced developer who has a good track record when it comes to working on larger scale projects.
