As a remote developer, you must have great communication skills and vast expertise. We are seeking workers with a strong work ethic and a leader who can mentor junior devs.
What will you be doing?
You are responsible for developing APIs, designing the user interface for web apps, creating software tests, Dockerizing projects, and managing tasks in our project management software. You are responsible for ensuring daily individual and team progress in our initiatives. You must have a proactive mentality and strong leadership abilities.
What are our actions?
We are a Norwegian firm able to provide a high-quality work environment in which we, as supervisors, are always focused on the development of all of our employees. Our goal is for you to become a developer wanted after by organizations such as Google, Amazon, etc. We are now constructing APIs on a Laravel framework and the frontend on a Vue.js framework, however in the future we will use Python frameworks to create APIs as microservices.

How do we structure the group?
We hold daily Skype sessions as a team, during which you, as the lead developer, will discuss the team's progress. During the remainder of the day, you will build our duties and assist junior devs as required.
At the conclusion of each day, you will examine all pull requests in the project to determine if they may be merged. Then, every Friday, we have a stand-up meeting where everyone may present their work for the week.
You will report to a manager who has been in the IT industry since 1998 and has swiftly collected 25 years of expertise in varied remote development projects. He has handled a lot of well-known software engineers and helped them succeed in their professions.
