Full-Stack Developer – Laravel, MongoDB, Docker, RESTful API, Frontend & UI
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to handle backend, frontend, and UI work. This role starts with a 1-month paid trial period, followed by a monthly salary for long-term collaboration based on performance and mutual fit.
Trial & Compensation

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend systems using Laravel (PHP)
Design and implement RESTful APIs
Work with MongoDB (data modeling, optimization, performance)
Set up and maintain Docker environments
Develop frontend features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Blade / Livewire or similar)
Implement and improve UI/UX based on requirements or Figma designs
Integrate frontend with backend APIs
Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access
Ensure performance, security, and scalability
Collaborate closely with the core development team
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Requirements
Strong experience with Laravel
Solid understanding of RESTful API architecture
Practical experience with MongoDB
Experience using Docker in production or staging environments
Frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design
Good UI sense and attention to detail
Experience with Git workflows
Ability to work independently and reliably
Long-term availability and commitment
Nice to Have
Experience with Laravel Blade, Livewire
Basic UI/UX knowledge (Figma implementation is a plus)
CI/CD experience
Linux server knowledge
API security best practices (JWT, rate limiting)
