Full Stack Developer / Laravel Experience must / Job Board platform
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
WHO WE ARE:
We are a job aggregator platform available in 10+ countries. We are built in Laravel and we are fetching XML Feeds (2 feeds per country) around 4-5 times per day in order to ensure we serve the freshest content possible to our visitors.
OUR AIM:
We are working on a PPC model with our client and therefore our aim is to send as many candidates as possible to the source of those jobs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, remote full time full stack developer with great knowledge on how Laravel works and have experience with XML Feeds. Ideally we are looking for a person who will take all of our products to the next level by assuring that everything works as expected. The person must work on Eastern European Time (Athens Time) from 9-5 OR 10-6.
SHORT TERM TASKS:
1. Apply fixes that are suggested from the SEO Agency & Consultats
2. Change the way that job listings are shown, to something similar to those websites:

the /jobs/ should still have a dedicated page (as the example indicate) so we can still get traffic from Google for Jobs
3. Make sure all jobs from all feeds are visible in our job listings (make sure XML Feeds are imported in the most optimized way)
4. Change the way the job postings (the specific jobs) are shown in the mobile version of our website. Make it load as fast as possible and as clear as possible.
5. Make sure indexing API is working 100% as expected and investigate how we can get more exposure from Google for Jobs.
6. Navigate through GSC and check why we have so many Excluded pages - try to apply a fix & do the same for Job Postings (under GSC).
LONG TERM TASKS:
1. Create an email alert system that would send every 3 days an email about new job offers based on the criteria that the users have been registered on.
2. Create a page that would act as a sitemap for the users with jobs based by company, city, region. Like that: https://neuvoo.com/browse-jobs/
3. We also bought domains for: Netherlands & Brazil and we want to replicate the whole website to those new domains
