ImmoSelect Holding is building a next-generation real estate investment and analytics ecosystem designed to automate investment sourcing, project financing, AI-powered property analysis, investor management, and global real estate opportunities.
We are looking for a highly motivated Full-Stack Developer who wants to become part of the founding team and participate in the long-term growth of the company.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity, not a traditional freelance contract.
Compensation Structure
Category B Founder Shares
Equity participation offered:
2% to 8% Category B Shares
Allocation will depend on:
Technical experience
Startup experience
Weekly commitment
Ability to lead development
Long-term involvement

Examples:
Developer contributing part-time to MVP: 2%–4%
Lead Developer managing architecture: 4%–6%
