Food Delivery App Setup and Redesign

I've purchased a multi-restaurant food delivery app and need an expert to set it up and redesign it. The project consists of three parts: the Food Delivery App, the Restaurant App, and the Delivery Man App.

Key Requirements:
- Initial redesign focused on the Food Delivery App.
- Simple modifications to the Restaurant App: renaming and adding my logo.
- Setup of the Laravel Admin and Restaurant Panel.
- Strict adherence to remote-only work, with no source code sharing allowed.

The ideal candidate for this project will have:
- Extensive experience with Laravel.
- Proficiency in mobile app redesign.
- An understanding of food delivery applications.
- A commitment to confidentiality and remote work protocols.

Please note, the logo is provided in JPEG/PNG format. The project timeline is 24 to 48 hours.
