Flutter + laravel - mobile app to track the app usages

Creation of flutter apps for iOS and Android with minimal UI and UX, which communicates with the Laravel backend via API. in the backend it is possible to create and edit users (crud users - required fields: email, unique code (no name, no surname, no other fields)). the App must be accessible on iOS and Android with login (can only be used with installation via apk or via testflight, not via stores). after login, the app must track the time of usage of apps such as: facebook, instagram, tiktok and any type of social network installed on the mobile device (indicated via codes). the tracking service must act in background and has to send data to the server every regular time interval to record and create usage statistics.
