Flutter + Laravel Expert ( urgent project )

Project Title: App for Selling Cards Like Netflix.
Project Description: This project will create an app that allows users to buy and sell gift cards, such as Netflix gift cards. The app will be built on the Laravel framework and will have the following features:
1-Deposit money into the app using Zaincash or a manual method.
2-Buy gift cards using the balance in the app.
3-View support tickets and create new ones.
4-Use the app in Arabic.
5-Add new pages to the app dynamically from the backend.
6-Filter gift cards by location and Show the brand names of the gift cards.
7-Receive notifications about new gift cards, sales, and other events.
8-Allow users to login with Facebook or Google.
9-Publish the app for iOS and Android.
Note: All points were done on the backend (ready 100%) we want to link them to the app ( you need to create API for functions), we will provide payment gateway API + code .
