Flutter/Laravel Expert

I am seeking a Flutter/Laravel expert for my existing business to help with design customizations and button arrangements in my app. The ideal candidate should have experience with both Flutter and Laravel, and be able to work within a one-week timeline. Additional skills and experience with social media integration, in-app purchases, and push notifications would be a plus.
