Fix on my system

Problem details
We have built a system using Laravel framework. System gets prices from the airlines and from the hotels as api and then we make travel packages. System uses RabbitMQ and Laravel’s job for distributing the task.
One message per one package generate and send to workers that process the message.
One workers has 70 processes and one process accept one process and make one package.
The system works mainly, but have some problems.
For making travel package, the system get several airline’s price from airlines by the airline api.
But the problem is it doesn’t get all data by all date and some data is missing.
I need a very very skilled developer to make that fix. Not from India, China or Pakistan
