Fix permantely issues with GSC

Hello. We have a job board platform in 20 countries. We have basically 20 domains.
We are based in laravel.
We are now facing quite a lot of issues with GSC. Issues like:
Server error (5xx)
Soft 404
Submitted URL not found (404)
we need somebody to fix those asap and permantely.
