Fix my Laravel

Fix my laravel.
1) Force to select department - first thing. After entering ORGINATOR NAME
2) 404 NOT FOUND - logout and send to login page.
3) Logo - link - send to dashboard.
4) Logo - make center and bigger/nicer looking.
5) Rej.Date cannot be more then today.
6) Rej.Date Can be the same date Prod.Date. Prod.Date cannot be larger then Rej.Date.
7) Add User Refresh Screen
8) Add User - Check box - when checked not working correctly.
9) Category Report - Filter same as Rejected Base.
10) Attachments. Filesize 3mb limit each. Total not bigger then 2mb.
11) Is Receive Email - 1 is Yes Yes/ 0 is No - right now it shows 1 or 0
12) Filter in Dashboard. It is not right not showing correct data. Store Filter Settings in cache.
