Fix / Finish development of a website

I need a freelancer to help finish or fix a website for my client's existing business. I'm unsure of what changes need to be made, so I'm looking for someone with experience who can make the necessary fixes. It's important that the the project be completed in a timely manner and with a level of quality. Any recommendations of additional changes or features that could be added would be welcomed. I'm aware that some development tasks take more than 5 days, so I look forward to talking with the freelancer to determine the best timeline for completion.
