Fix Filtering Logic and Section Titles for Ads in E-commerce Profile (Laravel)

We need to adjust the filtering logic and section titles in the user profile of our Laravel-based e-commerce website.

The 3 sections already exist and items are already displayed, but the filters are incorrect and outdated products appear.

What needs to be fixed:

1. Featured Ads:

- Show only items with an active promotion

- Promotion must be currently valid (start and end timestamps must include current time)

- Item must not be expired or sold

2. Active Ads:

- Show items that are active, not expired, and not sold

- May include promoted items

3. Past Ads:

- Show items that are expired, sold, or inactive

- Sort all sections from newest to oldest

- Rename sections from:

“Promoted” → Featured Ads

“Active” → Active Ads

“Disabled” → Past Ads

Important Requirements:

- Must support 4 languages: English, French, German, and Italian

- Code must be uploaded to GitHub in a dedicated branch and live web.

Deliverables:

- Confirmation that everything is functioning and translated correctly before delivery

Timeline:

- Deadline: 2 days after project start

- Late delivery penalty: 15% deduction per day of delay

- No payment will be released until everything is complete and verified

Budget:

- Fixed-price only. No hourly work

- Include your total bid

- Payment will be released after full verification of all deliverables
