Finding a Speaker for a small workshop called "Web Laravel"

I am currently in need of a Laravel speaker like you who can teach and deliver small projects using all the basic in Laravel language to our program participants in 3-4 hours. Because this is a small workshop, There will probably be 60-100 people, no more than 150 people. ?The program will be held at this August. Thank you!
