Finding a Laravel+Vue expert

I want to add some functions on the current laravel and Vue project. If you think you are expert , please apply.

Requirements :

1. Make real time comment like https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/6863789?key=4722ec081baa66f5cecf48c9116cf763. Actually this part had been already implemented. please check the codebase and make sure it works correctly.

2. Make real time comment like https://listingpages.co/ so user can invite other users into chat.

3. Make real time comment for private party, so no one can login and see other user comments. ( Only from invite can user see other comment )

4. User can login using facebook/ in addition to register.

5. Please provide a dashboard for users who are registered? Similar to this https://prnt.sc/26ebfah Maybe theme already has this. So users can be seen, New User Added, which property user has seen
