Finding a Hourly Laravel Engineer

So I'm looking for a good php dev to help out with some tasks. I don't have anything constant ( ie a certain amount of hours per week ) I want to start by having a couple of people take a skills test. Please post your hourly rate. I also will want to have a call on freelancer as part of the vetting process. The skills test will be an hour and the call will be up to 30 minutes. I will pay for 1.5 hours of your rate for your time.
