Expert for generating API for apps and implementation of videocall and live function

For our social platform we need an expert that will take care of 2 main issues:
- Generating of the APIs for the communication between the platform/database and the IOS and Android app
- Implement a video call function between the users of the platform
- Implement a video call function between the users of the platform
The platform is written mainly in Laravel.
