Existing Laravel 8 Rent/Sell Real Estate project add 2FA + long term tasks
Budget: €20 – €50 EUR
The project is based on Resido (https://codecanyon.net/item/resido-laravel-real-estate-multilingual-system/33229932)
The project is already running on a webhosting where you can work from FTP (unless more access is required for example database I will provide a user).
Add 2FA Protection with QR Code (the user will use some phone application not SMS)
* The 2FA will be under user's Dashboard->Security (there is only password change right now)
* Add QR Code to scan with phone
* There will be 5 Recovery codes and the user will have to download them
* The user will have to (Forced) download the recovery codes in order to save the 2FA Setting
* Afterwards while 2FA is enabled user should be able to generate new recovery codes without interruption

* The website has a translation system I would like everything to be able to be translated with that system

I am looking for a long term relationship so after doing the 2FA, what i am going to assign you is Booking (BnB)
I would like bookings the same way the Rent and Sell works so add a new function Booking.
So instead of only selecting for a property “Rent” or “Sell” add also a “Book” when a user searching with new date "from" or "until" filters.
After 2FA functions for booking I have a list of things to be done

Also I am a live customer of the Resido and I get updates, I would like them to be applied too (you should be able to solve the conflicts).
Please add the time needed for a task to be done along with its price (I think it will be best to break the prices on every level is possible of this list)
Note: I understand that its only human to make errors and be out of timelines so there is no issue with me if you fall out of any timeline in reasonable time not a month.
Note: I understand that you have other customers too I am not asking everything at once, instead it will be best if we do: part + payment done -> go to next part
Note: I understand that the list is long is only human to forget something and that some things will need to change their logic partially or full.
Please take your time to assess this I don’t like fast jobs I am a quality and patient person.
