Digital Giving Platform Deployment

Summary
A team or experienced full stack developer needed to take over current development and finalise MVP for an all-in-one digital giving platform with some unique features
Candidate will be required:
1. Analyse existing code and state of the platform to understand gaps between current and required state based on the previous milestones (- Debugging monitoring, and fixing errors- Improving code quality)
2. Provide a detailed specifications document of actions required to close the gaps with clear new milestones and deadlines
3. To deliver a fully operational minimum viable product (MVP) based on the agreed specifications
4. Review existing UX and creating new designs where required
5. Upgrade existing code to a new standard outlined by external developers (“Spec List For Full Stack/New Team” is available upon request)
6. continue development beyond MVP
7. Integrate platform with existing infrastructure
8. Provide hand over once the project is completed

If required, we will aim to provide handover meetings from previous team but it’s not guaranteed


Technical Requirements:
Should have 5+ years of experience in the following areas
1. PHP
2. Laravel
3. React/Java script
4. CI/CD
5. Delivering projects using following languages: HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, Laravel, GO
6. Avid practitioner of modern methodologies e.g. Agile
7. Backend Ledger and Accounts Flow completion
8. Experienced with implementation of different types of architectures e.g. Microservice and Cloud Based Architectures
9. API integration and deployment
Optional:
9. Experience with implementation of payments processing / financial products

Personal requirements:
1. Ability to take ownership
2. Attention to detail
3. Ability to establish clear channel of communication with routine reviews
4. Working under pressure to complete product to a specific deadline

Details:
To deliver a fully operational minimum viable product that allows full user engagement and cash flow generation.
We will ask you to study all the materials we will make available for you, understand our vision for the platform, all the key features we want on it and advise at the very start that you can commit to a timeline and deliver within it.
We need you to teach us how to set up and install the infrastructure required across multiple servers so the platform can operate around the world.
It is important that the platform be able to be modified to interface with payment processors (which ones to be determined) but not reliant on any of them. Any data handled by a payment should also be replicated on our own databases. If for any reason we have to stop using a payment processor, we have a copy of all of the payments, and can work on integrating a new payment processor immediately and with no loss of data or attempted payments.

These should have written guides such that someone who is not familiar with the Laravel/PHP framework or webservers can install the platform and its related infrastructure on a clean VPS.
Payment processing integration
All code must be annotated - no black box code
Provide 6-month support and handover once the project is completed

Budget: 10,000 USD*, bottom heavy escrow, payment upon completion of stages
10000 for code update and MVP delivery
10000 for post MVP development budget and work is open to negotiation
*Pay includes the design, development and etc + 6 months of running the platform and a hand over past the completion of the project
