Development & Modernization of a Healthcare CRM ( Home Care /Nursing)

Project Description:
We are an agency in the healthcare sector looking for an experienced developer/team to support us in completing and modernizing an existing Laravel-based CRM system for home care (Spitex) with a strong focus on family/relative-based care (Angehörigenpflege).

The system is already largely developed but requires technical completion, UI/UX redesign, optimization of workflows, and potential AI integration to make it a modern, scalable, and user-friendly platform.

This is a serious, long-term project with potential for ongoing collaboration.

The CRM is designed for healthcare providers and includes approximately 20 modules, covering:
• Patient management
• Care planning & documentation
• Needs assessment (Bedarfsabklärung)
• Family caregiver management
• Task & visit scheduling
• Staff/employee management
• Reporting & analytics
• Billing & invoicing
• Compliance & documentation

• CRM & contact management

The system is used internally by care professionals and staff.

Scope of Work:

1. Technical Completion
• Finalize all existing modules and ensure full functionality
• Fix bugs and optimize performance
• Ensure clean and maintainable code structure

2. UI/UX Redesign
• Create a completely new UI kit (Figma or similar)
• Redesign all modules for a modern, clean, and intuitive interface
• Improve usability for healthcare professionals (focus on simplicity & speed)

3. UX & Workflow Optimization
• Improve overall user flow across all modules
• Reduce complexity in daily operations
• Ensure smooth navigation and logical structure

4. Mobile Experience

Please provide two separate estimates:
• Responsive version (web + mobile)
• Fully optimized mobile layout (separate UX)

5. AI Integration (Optional but highly desired)
• Suggestions for AI features such as:
• Smart documentation assistance
• Automated reports
• Workflow automation
• Intelligent recommendations

• Strong experience with Laravel (mandatory)
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React or similar)
• UI/UX design skills (Figma or equivalent)
