Developer to maintain and add new features to a web application

Looking for a developer to maintain and add new features to a web application for a collaborative, virtual game. Frontend frameworks are built in ReactJS and Backend frameworks are written in Laravel. About 20-30 hours per week, with ongoing work for the foreseeable future. Developer must be able to optimize code for high-image load websites, realtime updates, and be able to work with external services when necessary.
