Develop Laravel Backend APIs with Admin Panel CRUD Features for Android App (Frontend Design Provided)

I have an Android application with an admin panel interface already designed in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Previously the backend was built using ASP.NET Web API. I now want to rebuild the backend using Laravel and connect it with the existing Android application and admin panel.

The freelancer will develop Laravel REST APIs and integrate them with the provided admin panel frontend.

Scope of Work:

Develop Laravel backend REST APIs
Implement full CRUD operations (Add / Edit / Delete / View)
Integrate APIs with provided admin panel frontend (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap)
Ensure APIs work properly with existing Android application
Setup MySQL database structure
Convert existing database structure if required
Deploy Laravel backend on hosting server
Deploy admin panel frontend on server
Configure file/image upload functionality if required
Perform testing to confirm working integration

Frontend Details:

Admin panel UI already designed
Built using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
Only backend API integration required

Laravel REST API development
Authentication system (Admin login/logout)
Secure API endpoints
CRUD functionality for admin-managed data
Database integration with MySQL
Clean and structured code

Angular / HTML admin UI design available
