API and the admin screen overview
APIs
- login
- sign up
- forget password
- user profile
- display news
- promotion/ads

admin screens
- dashboard screen
- login screen
- users management screen
- news (i.e. posts) management
- promotion/ads management

if you find anything missing let me know

how much do you want for the same ???
can you deploy the Laravel backend for this app? (the backend includes web panel and APIs)
