Deploy Laravel SaaS on Forge

I need my small Laravel 11 SaaS app deployed to Laravel Forge. The app uses:

- Redis for queues
- PHP 8.3
- MySQL
- Blade templating
- Vite for asset building

Requirements:
- Deploy on DigitalOcean via Laravel Forge
- Possibly configure Redis on Upstash.io

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with Laravel Forge and DigitalOcean
- Familiarity with Redis, PHP, MySQL, and Vite
- Ability to handle potential Redis configuration on Upstash.io
