Daily Operations Management System Development

I'm seeking a dedicated and expert PHP and Laravel developer, with extensive experience in the new Laravel 11 release and the Tailwind CSS framework, to create a comprehensive website application.
This project involves:
- Designing and building a user-friendly, responsive, online portal to streamline our daily operations.
- Developing a system to manage contacts, programs, cases, and peer interactions more efficiently than our current setup.
Key components of the project:
- A front end (user GUI) that includes user authentication and data entry forms.
- A back end (dashboard/portal) that serves as our new management system.
Ideal candidates should commit solely to this project and deliver within 45-60 days. You will agree to give daily updates and show incremental progress.
