DNS scan report built in Laravel

I am looking for a freelancer who can build a DNS scan report in Laravel. The project requires the inclusion of all types of DNS records, with the option for the report to be generated automatically or manually. As for the report design and layout, I trust the freelancer's judgement on what would work best.

1) Form presented for the user. User enters a domain name
2) Using spatie/dns package, a report is presented to the user

- check if DNSSEC is setup
- check if _dmarc TXT record is present.
- check if spf is present in TXT record
- display the whois domain register
- display the nameservers NS record
- display the MX records

Need to record all the above details into a DB table.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Laravel
- Knowledge of DNS records and scanning
- Ability to create automated and manual report generation options
- Strong communication skills to discuss project requirements and provide updates.

You can create this in a fresh laravel project.
