Customize web marketplace to Print on demand marketplace (Laravel) for web app and mobile app (flutter)

I'm currently seeking a web app developer who can create a "Product Design Web App or Print on demand" similar concept to redbubble.com . The objective is to integrate it with my web marketplace, clearstock.net, which is built on the Laravel framework. Essentially, we need to modify the existing "new product page" to become the "Create product design page." Once the design is completed, the product should be seamlessly transferred to the marketplace and update on my mobile app ios and android(flutter)
