Customize, deploy and publish a Flutter/Lavarel Project

Looking to customize a CodeCanyon work (multi merchants food delivery app) to fit my use case, phase by phase as I have quite a long list of alterations in mind, below is what I need for phase 1:-
1. Change theme colour and logo
2. Disable non-English language because the project consist or Arabic
3. Configure SMS/E-mail with the supported platform by the system
4. Configure Payment Gateway with the supported platform by the system
5. Currently the system only charges merchants, would like to add charges to buyers as well
6. Deploy systems into Digital Ocean (NO CPANEL)
7. Publish iOS and Android App with my accounts
8. Discuss the tasks, cost and time budget for the next phase
