Small Customization Work on SalePro ERP (PHP Laravel) – Budget-Friendly Project

Description:

We are an IT agency working on a project called **OMS PRAVRI**, built on SalePro ERP.

This is NOT a full development project.
The system is already installed and working.

We need light customization and workflow adjustments only.


Scope of Work:

1. **Quotation → Purchase Order**

* Rename and adjust flow
* Add approval system (Branch Manager)

2. **Budget Module (Simple)**

* Monthly budget per user/branch
* Block order if budget exceeded

3. **Budget Top-up Workflow**

* User raises request
* Approved by **Corporate Admin**
* Budget updated

4. **Courier API Integration**

* Basic shipment creation
* Save tracking ID

5. **Invoice Customization**

* Consolidated invoice (multiple POs)
* GST + HSN
* Auto email

* Most features already exist in SalePro
* Do NOT rebuild modules
* Keep solution simple and clean
