Custom Web Development with Laravel, Tailwind, PostgreSQL

I need a developer who can take my existing landing-page concept and turn it into a full, production-ready website powered by Laravel 10/11, PHP 8.2+, PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js. The heart of the job is a custom, role-based CMS—absolutely no WordPress—so that I can:

• create and manage users with different permission levels.
• edit page content quickly without touching code.
• view a simple analytics dashboard right inside the admin area.

Beyond the CMS, the public-facing site will include a minimal, modern landing page plus clean product showcase pages that load fast, scale well, and are fully responsive. Everything must be SEO-friendly, hardened for security, and written in a way that lets the codebase grow as the business expands.

Deliverables
• Laravel project (well-structured, commented, Git-ready)
• Tailwind/Alpine front-end matching the provided design concept
• Role-based CMS with user management, content editing, and analytics dashboard sections
• Product page templates wired to the CMS for easy updates
• Basic on-page SEO setup (meta tags, Open Graph, schema where relevant)
• Deployment instructions and a short hand-off session so I’m comfortable maintaining content myself
