Custom HR & Payroll Platform
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a full-featured HR and payroll system built for a small organisation. The application must centralise employee records, automate payroll, and simplify leave and attendance, all in one responsive interface.
Core deliverables for the first release
• Employee data management that captures the complete life-cycle—from onboarding to exit
• Payroll processing that handles multi-currency salary structures, statutory deductions, and custom allowances, with exportable reports
• Integrated leave and attendance tracker tied to approval workflows and company calendars
• Loan management synced to payroll deductions
• Performance evaluation forms and scoring history
Access control is limited to three tiers—Admin, Manager, and Payroll Executive—so each role views only what it needs. A self-service employee portal would be a welcome bonus but isn’t mandatory for the minimum viable product.
The code should be clean, modular, and well-documented (Laravel + Vue, Django, .NET, or a similarly modern stack). Final hand-off must include source code, database schema, an installation guide, and a short walk-through video. The system will be hosted on-premise for now, but it should be easy to migrate to the cloud later.
