Custom Multi-Vendor E-Commerce Build
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I’m building a full-scale, multi-vendor store for physical products and need a from-scratch solution (strictly no WordPress or WooCommerce). The project breaks down into three tightly integrated areas: the customer-facing storefront, a seller dashboard, and a master admin panel.
Seller panel essentials
• Inventory management so each vendor can add, edit, and delist products in real time
• Order tracking with shipment status and automated customer notifications
• Sales analytics that show revenue, best-sellers, and payout history
Payment handling
• Credit/Debit card gateway (Stripe or similar)
• PayPal
• Direct bank transfer with automated reconciliation
The codebase should be clean, scalable, and easy to extend—Laravel, Django, Node/Express, or a comparable modern framework is fine. I’ll provide UI wireframes; you’ll translate them into a responsive front end, hook up the back end, configure the database, and deploy to a cloud host of our choice.
Acceptance criteria
1. A buyer can browse, add to cart, check out, and receive confirmation emails without errors.
2. Vendors can log in, manage stock, view orders, and download sales reports.
3. Admin can approve vendors, moderate listings, and override any transaction.
4. All three payment methods process successfully in test and live mode.
5. Core pages load in <2 s on a standard broadband connection.
Deliver the complete source code, database schema, and a brief deployment guide so I can spin up staging and production environments quickly. If you’ve built something similar, I’d love to see a demo.
