Custom Laravel Billing Software

I need an experienced Laravel developer to build a tailor-made billing application from the ground up. The core goals are:

• Create a brand-new MySQL (or other open-source) database, complete with well-structured tables, relationships, and migrations.
• Implement a solid role-based access control system so multiple users—admins, accountants, and viewers—see only what they should.
• Deliver fully automated invoicing: recurring schedules, PDF/print templates, email dispatch, and status tracking.
• Build a reporting dashboard that turns raw data into clear, drill-down financial reports—revenue by client, tax summaries, aging, and month-over-month trends.

I’ll look for clean, PSR-compliant code, modular controllers, and eloquent models that make future additions easy. A functional prototype deployed on a staging server, seed data for testing, and concise setup documentation are part of the hand-off.
