Custom Health & Safety Website & CRM
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking to create a dedicated Health and Safety website coupled with a CRM platform, complete with mobile applications. I've acquired a base code that includes a frontend website, a Laravel admin, and iOS and Android apps. The goal is to customize this base code to meet my specific Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) application needs.
Key Customization Areas:
- The Laravel admin will require the most modifications to suit my needs.
Specific Features to Customize in Laravel Admin:
- User Management: I need a robust system that can handle multiple user profiles and permissions.
- Report Generation: This feature will allow users to generate reports based on their activities within the platform.
Report Generation:
- Users should have the capability to convert reports into PDF format for sharing.
Here are some of the features i want to add...the items #are those features currently available on the platform;
Objective:
To develop a comprehensive, cloud-based HSE&S management platform that enables real-time data collection, reporting, analysis, and communication for improved workplace safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across multiple projects and clients.
Key Features & Functionalities:
1. Client/Company registration & Project Management
• Client Registration – Capture company/project details, contract type, and assign unique profiles.
• HSE Data Storage – Securely collect, store, and organize all client-specific HSE documentation.
• User Roles & Permissions – Different access levels (Safety Officers, Clients, Consultants, Admins).
#Most of these are covered in the OTS platform, except company registration...under a company, you can have u managers and users.
#therefore at login, is taken to the dashboard of the company he is registered to.
2. Centralized HSE&S Documentation
• Store and manage HSE Policies, Risk Assessments, Management Plans, Audit Reports, Incident Reports, Training Records, and Meeting Minutes.
• Enable document version control for policy updates.
#On the OTS platform we can use the weblog function for this. Change the name from Weblog to "document Storage". Also allow admin to create Document type.
So these {HSE Policies, Risk Assessments, Management Plans, Audit Reports, Incident Reports, Training Records, and Meeting Minutes} are examples of document types. when user wants to
create a new document he has to choose document type and it is saved there.
3. Real-Time HSE Performance Reporting
• Daily Site Reports – Safety officers log observations, near-misses, and key metrics.
• Automated Summary Reports – System compiles weekly, monthly, and annual reports with graphical/statistical insights.
• Project Close-Out Reports – Generate a final report upon project completion.
#Duplicate the weblog function and feature and place it under "document storage", rename it to Site Reporting.
#Add input fields where user can input data for Daily site report.
#Add button for generate site report, once user clicks depending on data collected graph is displayed.
4. HSE&S Data Analytics & Dashboard
• Interactive data visualization & statistical analysis (e.g., incident trends, training completion rates, PPE usage).
• Custom filters to generate tailored reports.

• Incident Logging – Capture incident details (photos, timestamps, GPS location).

6. Live Audit & Inspection Feeds
• Real-Time Data Capture – Site inspections via mobile app, including voice & photo uploads.
#OTS app already has ability to send photo uploads and voice messages, so a naviagation called inspection, that allows user send
voice notes, photos, tagged to a particular site or project. So when the user clicks on that project, a feed of every picture
and voicenote or report for that project is shown. OTS currently has similar feature.
• Instant Audit Report Generation – Auto-compiles findings upon audit completion.

7. Safety Equipment & PPE Inventory Management
• Stock Tracking – Monitor PPE & safety equipment levels across projects.
• Automated Reorder Alerts – Notify procurement when stock is low.

8. Safety Officer Management & Performance Tracking
• Maintain a database of safety officers (qualifications, certifications, on-the-job performance, disciplinary records, and awards).

• In-App Messaging – Direct communication between Safety Officers & Admin.
• Automated Email Updates – Scheduled reports & alerts to clients.
