Create a new field on a offline CRM with the clients signature in LARAVEL

we need help with implementing clients signature using a digital pen for on OFFLINE CRM..
THis is the form in the LARAVEL.. we need to add a new field where client sign using a pen(attached photo) and CRM will store the clients signature in the database.
Clients sign it in person in my shop..i just need a solution to store customers signature and not store tons of paper in my shop..
