Create Laravel Backup and send on email Automatically on daily basis

I am looking for a Laravel developer to create a backup system that automatically sends backups to my email on a daily basis. My preferred method of backup storage is a local server. The backups should be sent via email daily and keep a file in storage/app folder. Will provide only FTP .
Work will be done on stagging portal , After completion you will have provide me steps so that i can do same on my live portal
