Create Admin portal for app running on angular and laravel

We had an app in development and is still having some work being done to complete but would like to start on the super admin portal.

We already have a legacy admin panel build so you have perfect example of what options are needed (but it is coded in ruby) We would like to move to an angular platform, preferably something such as https://coreui.io/laravel/
