Convert Laravel-Nova Project to package

I have a project in laravel (using laravel nova) and I want to be converted into package (all the developed functionality to be converted to package):
- All models
- All Nova Resources
- All Migrations
- All Seeders
- All Observers etc
- Create the menu when installing the package

I want the package and instructions how to publish it and install it.
