These services require document submission by the client before work begins.

Features required:

Secure document storage

Service Request ID generation

Admin review of uploaded documents

Status tracking (Received → Under Review → In Progress → Completed)

Two-way communication/comments between client and admin

Ability for admin to request additional documents

Final report/deliverable upload by admin

Invoice generation
