Configure Laravel

I am looking for a Laravel developer to configure my Laravel 10 application on a VPS hosting environment.
i have the application in Laravel 10 and Angular 9 with nodejs/pm2 running on existing server. i am moving to new host and on transfer unable to configure to show site, it was first folder structure and now its showin 403 forbidden.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Laravel and VPS hosting.
Requirements:
- Experience with Laravel 10 , Angular 9 , Nodejs and PM2
- Familiarity with VPS hosting
- Strong understanding of Laravel configuration
- Ability to implement specific configuration requirements
- Good communication skills to discuss and suggest configuration options
