Clone of entire ubuntu server with website data

i have a ubuntu server with ftp and ssh access and on it a nodejs and laravel made website is hosted along with php composer and other dependencies. The size of the data including the website will be around 1 tb. So now i need help to clo_ne/ migrate the entire data of the old server to a new ubuntu server without breaking the website and data.
