Client need API to pull inventory from different sellers of Amazon and update there website database every 15 min

We have a client who has a Laravel-designed website and they have a multi-vendor marketplace done in Laravel. Most of their sellers are selling on Amazon. All seller stock inventory is available in their Amazon store of course. The client would like to have an API that they can issue to their seller which can be authenticated by each seller at their respective Amazon store. The API pulls in the stock and price information from each seller and updates it back on the website every 15 to 30 minutes.
Right now they have to manually ask each seller to download the information and send them so that they can update their respective store. But this is not syncing the stocks and prices faster in a day. So they have to automate the process.
Once again to re-affirm the explanation. The API is required by our CLIENT for which the authentic key would be given to each seller of their platform. Those authenticated accounts would automatically be updated the stock and prices every 15 min or 30 min direct from their Amazon store to the Laravel-developed website.
