ChatGPT Integration for "AI Assisted" Email Drafting in Laravel Scheduled.Messaging System

I'm seeking a skilled developer to integrate an "AI Assisted" emailing feature into my existing Laravel system.
Currently a user may draft an email to a recipient by hand, or they may use a template and edit it. I would like to add an additional method called "AI Assisted".
In this new mode the user can enter a text prompt describing who the email is to, how long it should be, what they want it to say, and any other desired prompts so that ChatGPT may draft the email for them. Then the user will be able to further edit the draft before scheduling for future delivery.
This enhancement aims to provide a user assistance with drafting and email to be delivered to their loved ones after their death. If the user doesn't know what words they want to say, AI will help them get started by providing a draft as a base for them to work with.
The developer here is integrating the chat GPT system and the API with our existing laravel system. You will be given access to both the source code for our existing laravel system as well as our API key and OpenAI account access.
We have a test server on which you can test your changes and work.
Key Functions:
- Creation of an "AI Assisted" email drafting mode, where the user will enter a text prompt.
- The system should leverage GPT AI to generate a draft based on the prompt provided.
- Allowance for user-uploaded reference samples to be incorporated into the email drafting process.
- Provision for users to edit the draft created by the ChatGPT engine.
The updated system will serve emails primarily to our user's family and friends. As such, the email drafting feature needs to be versatile enough to create a wide range of informal and formal messages.

- Proficient in Laravel
